Not supported yet: DVDs (VOB), and RAR, 7z, and TAR archives. They are listed as coverage gaps rather than skipped silently. Program files and system leftovers are set aside and disclosed.

How pricing works
- Connect a case folder in Box. DiscoRev counts the files, pages, and hours for free.
- You see separate estimates for Case Information and Full Analysis.
- Nothing runs until a team member clicks Start, and the run draws on your firm’s prepaid balance.
Estimates are based on what is in the folder: document pages, scanned pages, photos, and hours of audio and video. Accepted beta firms start with $100 in processing credit.
Limits to know
Video is sampled, so a brief event between frames can be missed; the report says so. AI findings need attorney review, including a check of the cited source. DiscoRev connects through Box only during the beta.
Your files
Originals in Box are not edited, moved, or deleted. Each firm has its own workspace and controls who can open each case. Read the data-handling overview for details.
