Keep findings traceable

Attach a filename and page or timestamp to each finding.Distinguish exact quotes, summaries, and reviewer observations.Verify clock alignment and speaker identity where they matter.

Make the next action clear

List support, conflicting material, and open questions.State the scope of any missing-support observation.Assign each follow-up an owner and status.

Check changes and final work

Log new versions without replacing the original inventory.Revisit findings affected by new or changed files.Reopen consequential sources before using findings in work product.
